Kotoha Umamachi - Guest House In Kyoto is set in the Higashiyama Ward district in Kyoto, 700 metres from Kiyomizu-dera Temple and 1.9 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto.
Each room at this guest house is air conditioned and has a TV. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. Kotoha Umamachi - Guest House In Kyoto features free WiFi throughout the property.

據法國BFM電視台網站24日報導，根據科學研究，西方國家居民的智商水平在過去15年有明顯下降的趨勢。簡單來說，就是變笨了。
這樣的報導是來自於醫學專業期刊《智慧》的多學科調查，調查顯示，西方人的平均智商一直在下降。舉法國為例，從1999年至2009年，法國人的智商平均下降3.8分。而英國自第二次工業革命以來，平均智商也下降14分。令人疑惑的是，明明教育逐漸普及，公共衛生條件改善。上個世紀的西方國家人民智商明明還在上升，現在卻逐漸下降。這樣曾經智商上升的年代，已經是過去式了。
報導說明，會出現這種狀況的原因十分複雜。現今的社會因素、現代人內分泌紊亂、還有毒品濫用的問題皆導致智商下降。
研究更發現，比起較低智商的女人，受過教育的女子比較傾向於使用保險套或實施避孕，在高智商階層都不生的情況下，對國民的平均智商造成影響頗巨。另外，內分泌紊亂也是造成智商下降的主因之一。化學產品會干擾甲狀線系統、阻礙大腦的協調發育，造成部分人群智商下降。
最後，西方國家的毒品濫用問題也導致智商下降，人們對大麻的消費跟依賴逐日增長，造成了不好的後果。毒品會積累在大腦中，因此，毒品濫用者的智商比正常人群還要低8分。
可惜的是，在幾世紀前，智商的高低很有可能造成人類競爭結果的不同，進而刺激讓平均智商攀升。可若是在近年，智商降低普及化，高智商的競爭也沒有用的時候，智商的確有可能停止上升。
台灣首家Gucci概念店(8)日於微風廣場舉辦開幕酒會，包括台灣第一名媛孫芸芸、女星紀培慧、名媛吳速玲、男星曹晏豪、男星吳思賢、名媛李晶晶、微風新女郎蜜多麗與新生代演員郭源元等名人們都出席開幕活動。

微風老闆娘孫芸芸穿了一身印花絲質休閒褲裝配厚底鞋，還搭配搶眼的紅色GG Marmont霹靂腰包、大耳環和水鑽墨鏡，充滿60年代地下舞廳風格的復古造型，完全是自己搭配的。她受訪表示、對於今天造型超滿意，本來還想弄成爆炸頭現身，不過後來擔心弄巧成拙，才改成比較低調的馬尾造型出現。

而客運千金李晶晶與實力派女演員紀培慧都穿上氣質優雅的裙裝造型展現女人味，曹格的老婆、名媛吳速玲則用搶眼的撞色印花西裝高腰褲配穆勒低跟拖鞋，她還搭配俏皮的上翻式復古大墨鏡，受訪時還自己掀開墨鏡來展現造型，可以說是噱頭十足。

以印花外套配牛仔褲與T恤、厚底運動鞋出席活動的男星吳思賢(小樂)，這次穿上中性的厚底運動鞋，不只長高了好幾公分，接受採訪也俏皮的說：「覺得今天呼吸到上面的空氣、特別新鮮！」更透露自己本來就很喜歡印花和動物主題圖案的元素，所以對於身上的動物T恤特別喜歡。
